These terms cover this website and the tools on it. They are deliberately short. If we work together, the proposal and agreement we both sign governs that work, and it wins wherever the two disagree.
Read it, share it, quote it with credit. What you may not do is copy the site wholesale, scrape it for a competing service, or try to break into parts of it that are not yours, including the transfer admin area.
The designs, writing, photography and code on this site are mine or my clients', and the client logos belong to those companies. Nothing here transfers ownership of any of it to you. Case studies describe real projects and are published with the client's permission.
The transfer tool exists so clients and I can move project files without email limits. Anyone with the link can download the files, so treat a transfer link as the key to its contents. Files expire on the schedule shown when the transfer is created, and I may remove a transfer earlier if it is being misused. Do not upload anything unlawful, malicious, or that you have no right to share. It is a convenience for active work, not a backup service, so keep your own copies.
I keep the site running and the tools working, but I cannot promise they will be available every minute or free of every error. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Adrial Designs, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it, and any liability connected to your use of this website is limited to what you have paid me for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Where I link to someone else's site, that site is theirs. I link to things I think are useful and am not responsible for what they do.
The date at the top changes when these terms change. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
