This site belongs to Adrial Designs, Inc., a one person design practice in North Carolina. I collect as little as I can get away with, I never sell anything about you, and everything below describes what actually happens on this site rather than what a generic policy says.
When you fill in a form. The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. The marketing blueprint form asks for your email address. That information is emailed straight to me so I can reply. Both forms use Google reCAPTCHA to keep the spam out, which means Google receives technical signals about the submission.
When you send or receive files. The file transfer tool stores the files, a title and message if you add one, and the sender name and email address entered with the transfer. Files you send me are deleted automatically after 14 days. Files I send you expire on the schedule I pick when creating the transfer, normally 7, 30 or 90 days. Uploads are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person rather than a script is uploading.
When you simply read the site. Google Analytics records anonymous usage: pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device you used, and how you arrived. It sets cookies to do that. I use it to see which pages are worth improving, and I never try to identify individual visitors.
I use your form submissions to answer you and, if we work together, to run the project. If you asked for the marketing blueprint, I may follow up about it. Every email I send has an unsubscribe option, and asking me to stop is enough on its own.
I do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to anyone for advertising.
Running a website means other companies process small pieces of this on my behalf: Vercel hosts the site and stores transferred files, Neon hosts the database behind the transfer tool, Resend delivers the email the forms generate, Google provides Analytics and reCAPTCHA, and Cloudflare provides Turnstile. Each of them sees only the part they need, and each has its own privacy terms.
Transferred files are deleted on the expiry above, automatically. Emails from the forms stay in my mailbox as ordinary business correspondence, alongside the rest of a project's history. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings.
Ask me through the contact form and I will tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also block cookies in your browser, which stops the analytics without affecting how the site works.
This site is for people hiring a designer, so it is not intended for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect anything about them.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes get a note on the page rather than a quiet edit.
