I will give you a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your print project. The obvious caveat is that you may not use any of the concepts that I create during the project. In other words, all rights to the concepts I create are mine until final payment is made.
The print design process
The basic process after this quote request is submitted is to:
1) DISCOVERY
Call or meet with the client to discuss the information on this quote request form
2) TEXT-BASED MOCKUPS
Customer provides text-based (Microsoft Word is preferred) pages based on how we decide to lay out the print project (depends on the type of project it is).
3) DESIGN MOCKUPS
Design multiple quick mockups with placeholder text to show the basic layout of how the information will fit on the page(s).
4) PERFECT FINAL
The mockup that is decided upon is fleshed out, the actual text is fit onto the page(s) and pdf document of the print file is sent to client for final approval.
5) FINALIZE / PRINT
Upon final approval by client, a printer is decided upon and the project is sent to print. (Print prices are not included in the quote. It is the client's responsibility to locate and follow through with the printer who is chosen.)
The print design timeline:
Obviously, this process can take any amount of time depending upon many variables, but for a basic trifold brochure, for example, the timeline is usually three weeks to a month.

Of course, every project is different and the timeline varies depending upon how many pages the project contains, how large the pages are, how quickly client-designer interactions take place and the complexity of the design needed.

NOTE: If the print project is needed quickly by a specific date, a "rush service" is available.
